A quiet community is disrupted when the police storm the house of William Morrano and save the life of a woman he’s been holding hostage. Morrano escapes. Two years pass, and the cops are given a lead that Morrano has volunteered as a guinea pig for experimental drugs to help cure the cancer he is riddled with. As his conditions improves and his appetite for carnage returns, the two cops pretend to commit suicide in an effort to have Morrano make himself visible.
