Korean pancakes are a traditional dish, made easily at home. Vegetables and even meats are combined to make savoury pancakes. Kimchi is so entrenched in the culture it is eaten everywhere. It is made from cabbage or cucumber depending on the region you're in. Kinchi is basically pickled vegetables, which can be added to meat, fish or even eaten by itself!
