Home to more than a hundred million people, the South American country of Mexico is famous for many things, including its spicy cooking. Corn, beans, chilli, tomatoes, avocadoes and coriander feature heavily in their cuisine, as well as marjoram and oregano, black pepper, garlic and onion. Chocolate is part and parcel of Mexican sweets, as well as caramel and vanilla in the traditional flan. But Mexico is probably most well known for its burritos, enchiladas, tacos and fajitas, which all share one thing in common – they're wrapped in tortilla; either hard, as in tacos, or soft, as in burritos.
