Species on the verge of extinction

Murphy is in hot pursuit of Puck and runs into a 'muscular' character who is concerned for the protection of louses. He is known as Agent W and works for the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Aliens). Agent W has built a fenced in area to protect a large number of aliens who are on the verge of extinction. Many of them seem to be on Murphy's hunting list. They all seem like easy prey for Murphy, but Agent W turns out to have excellent protection skills.
