Chris Adwar

Chris Adwar is an accomplished Singer, Songwriter, Composer, Keyboard Player, Producer, Musical Director and front man of an 11 man band known as The Villagers Band. Born and raised in Kenya, He has worked with some of the best Kenyan musicians as a producer, arranger and musician, including Atemi, Eric Wainaina, Emmanuel Jal, Dan Aceda, Aaron Rimbui, Jacob Asiyo, Kavutha Mwanzia Asiyo, Nonini, P-Unit, Mercy Myra to name but a few. Chris has appeared on a series of successful live music events and TV Shows.He is credited with creating a genre of music called Bengenge which is a fusion of House/Pop Music and Benga.
