The story of an improbable voyage in a most unusual boat. In the spring of 2014, the Ikkatsu Project's Ken Campbell traveled 150 miles from one end of Puget Sound to another on a kayak made from discarded plastic bottles to raise awareness about issues connected to single-use plastics and the health of the ocean. A combination of science and adventure, this 22-minute film is at once a celebration of the natural wonders of Puget Sound and a call for a new way of looking at our relationship with plastic.
