Hair Apparent

When Prof Q invents a miracle hair grower, Vinnie thinks itís the perfect opportunity for him to grow some highly-coveted chest hair. Unfortunately, Rocket gives him too much and Vinnie starts developing into an out-of-control monkey. This interferes hugely with hi s plans to become a school prefect as he terrorizes the school inspector. Although his monkey powers help him entertain the school inspector, he unfortunately loses them at the wrong time and loses the prefect position soon after.
