Episode 06

Against Tessa’s recommendation, Ella takes a chance on a disreputable eyewitness who then turns against her in the witness stand. Hence, Ella gets fired by Tessa. Jaime rushes to defend his daughter and he accuses Tessa of being unfair to Ella because of their past. Red also learns of the unfortunate incident and takes Ella out on a date to cheer her up. But Ella asks for Red’s help in investigating the witness instead. They uncover the truth and Tessa apologizes to Ella in light of the new information. Tessa also invites Ella back into her firm. In the meantime, will Miguel’s encouragement push Denise to finally sing in front of an audience?
