A mysterious phone call Tessa receives reveals a conspiracy between Daniel and Patricia. It seems Daniel needed money for Tessa’s hospitalization at one time. And it was Patricia who provided it. But she wanted Daniel to kill Tessa’s daughter, Melissa, in trade. As Daniel couldn’t bear to kill the child, he set up a mock snatching with his friend, Jess. It is Jess who now wants two million in return for his silence. Meanwhile, Ryan steals some jewelry using confidential information he gleaned from Ella’s client. He had a defensible reason though, as he is supporting a diabetic adoptive mother. Red then takes responsibility for the robbery to save Ryan from going to jail. Would Red’s sacrifice open Ella’s eyes into giving up her search for Miguel and making room for Red in her heart?
