Episode 09

Professor Yuzon, one of Lady Elle’s charges, ends up dead and the Council of Wayas starts to doubt her leadership. Manolo suspects Luna is behind the killing but his mole inside the organization claims otherwise. In the meantime, Lyka hears the creak of a studio ceiling light before its crash. She bears the brunt of it and Noah rushes her to hospital. Lyka’s presentation goes well and Noah declines Trixie’s invitation to celebrate Lyka’s success at a bar. But, again, it is Noah who rescues Lyka from a potentially dangerous situation when he catches a man trying to lace Lyka’s drink with drugs. Far from being grateful, Lyka even asks Noah to stop meddling into her affairs. But what if this outward disdain only masks a broken heart?
