Lyka does not transform as expected, and Lady Elle and the Wayas depart in haste. Rodolfo also knows the Last Sentinel did not transform and he exhorts his band of black wolves to wait. Speaking of black wolves, Anton turns out to be one. That’s the reason he and Clara left the house for Anton’s laboratory on Lyka’s birthday. Meanwhile, since no one transformed, Gabby does not catch any of the human wolves. This leaves the higher ups of Luna frustrated. Furthermore, Lyka and Noah go missing at the height of the commotion. It turns out Noah has kidnapped Lyka precisely to protect her from their raid. Lyka is naturally upset but will her fears be allayed when Noah reveals himself to be her long-lost best friend, Jay-Jay?
